    The Graduate Trainee Program is meant to:

    Equip graduates with employability skills by exposing them to practical job skills, experience and the reality of the world of work. Develop graduates talents Reduce on the high unemployment rates by giving permanent jobs to graduates that will perform well after the graduate training program of 1year.

    What to expect from us:

    In this Program, we will train suitable candidates to:

    Develop business strategy tools needed for business expansion and consolidation Develop customer care strategies and address customer needs Acquire knowledge through all-round training programs aimed at accelerating employee professional development Understand various manufacturing/production processes

    Graduate/Academic Prerequisites:

    You must have just completed a university Degree or Diploma or craft certificate with a First class or second upper between 2015 – 2016. Special consideration will be given to graduates with science discipline

    Below are the areas of interest;

    Chemical Engineering

    Food science, processing and technology Mechanical engineering Electrical engineering Instrumentation technician Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering and Management Lab science and technology Auto mechanic Auto electrician Finance and Admin. Procurement & logistics management Diploma in stores management Human resource Sales and marketing

    Professional requirements;

    Self motivation with the desire to excel through learning and gaining experience, be action-oriented and have the drive to achieve results, have potential for leadership growth and development, be dynamic, a team player and ready to work with people of diverse ethnicity in a multi cultural work environment and be passionate about customer care as a tool for business growth and get new customers for different products.
