Memoirs of Silver Kayondo from University of Pretoria

Memoirs of Silver Kayondo from University of Pretoria

Day One: I have settled in here in Hatfield, Pretoria. Everything is moving on well. I’m commencing studies on Monday, and work in three weeks’ time. Thank you to all friends who have sent me supportive and encouragement messages. You are warm and kind. I remain available via all the known communication channels.

Day Two: Night life in Pretoria. My moma warned me to keep off “their” girls and alcohol, but not even winter could kill the fun tongue emoticon

Day Three: Having an idea about cooking ( largely because of my preparation for the rapidly changing gender roles) has been a great asset so far. I managed to pull off a sumptuous dinner tonight ( fried pork shoulder chops, Russian sausages, tomatoes, carrots and noodles) I’m loving my apartment and I am gonna buy a house down here in South Africa in due course
